Full course description
This training should be attended by the agency’s Authorized Representative/ Program Director and any other staff who are responsible for ensuring that the meal patterns are met.
This session covers meal pattern requirements for breakfast, lunch and supper, and snack. Participants will learn about tools to guide them to determine if a food is creditable to the CACFP meal pattern, and how much must be served to each age group to be incompliance.
