This course is designed for experienced sponsors of the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) who are responsible for overseeing program operations. It provides a comprehensive review of the latest USDA guidance, state-specific requirements, and best practices to support successful program implementation.

Participants will explore critical topics including:

  • Sponsor and site responsibilities

  • Monitoring requirements and timelines

  • Meal pattern compliance and documentation

  • Financial management and allowable costs

  • Application updates and claiming procedures

  • Civil rights, recordkeeping, and health & safety standards

The course includes access to the full recorded training webinar, updated administrative resources, and a mandatory quiz. A passing score of 75% or higher on the quiz is required to receive a certificate of completion.
