This session describes whole grains, defines the rule of three for identifying whole grains, and  identifies and breaks down whole grain ingredients. This session also provides step-by-step practice of the information covered. This training should be attended by the agency’s Authorized Representative/ Program Director and any other staff who are responsible for ensuring that the meal patterns are met.
