This session covers the meal pattern requirements for meeting the infant meal pattern requirements, including menu items, requirements for infants 0-5 months and infants 6-11 months, production records, and reimbursement. This training should be attended by the agency’s Authorized Representative/ Program Director and any other staff who are responsible for ensuring that the infant meal patterns are met and if infant meals are claimed for reimbursement.
