Intended Audience: School counselors, administrators, CTE teachers, district stakeholders
Description: CTE Connect professional development is an opportunity to visit with other CTE educators, talk with industry partners, and see and hear what others are doing across the state to grow and innovate their CTE programs. The CTE Connect event in Spearfish will provide participants with a variety of career cluster-related topics. Participants will to learn more about their innovative and engaging 6-12 CTE programs. Participants will also get the chance engage with indusry partners through tours, Q&A sessions, presentations and networking. CTE topics rticipants will also have a chance to see the learn more about include Hospitality & Tourism, Education & Training, Law & Public Safety, Arts A/V, and Business. A tour of the newly constructed Spearfish CTE Building and a presentation from the Belle Fource School District on their new innovative programs will also be included.
