Description: This one-day, in-person event offers an engaging, hands-on experience focused on food product development, nutrition, and food presentation—whether in a restaurant or agritourism setting. Designed for agriculture science and family and consumer science educators, the event blends both disciplines for a well-rounded learning experience. Optional post-event tours will also be available.
