Description: Join Dr. Julie Hartline, co-author of the second edition of The Use of Data in School Counseling: Hatching Results (And So Much More) for Students, Programs, and the Profession, for a two-day workshop to learn how to transform a school counseling program to positively impact ALL students. Participants will learn how to use data to drive curriculum decisions, identify those students who need more, recognize systemic issues that exist within the school, and evaluate the impact of school counseling lessons and interventions to improve future delivery. The morning of day one will be specifically geared toward how school counselors and administrators can work collaboratively through the use of specific tools and strategies.
