STARS Account Manager Check-In

STARS Account Managers (SAMs) have the opportunity to complete modules to assist with completing their tasks in this hybrid course. The modules will be completed asynchronously, while SAMs will also have the opportunity to virtually meet with the SD-STARS Support Lead. This virtual meeting will help to ensure that old accounts are properly end dated and new accounts are set up correctly. After the virtual meeting, SAMs will learn how to remove accounts and roles.
