English Learner Parent Notification and Infinite Campus Data (8.13 PM)

This back‑to‑school webinar will provide an overview of required parent notifications for English Learners (ELs) and walk through the key data elements that must be accurately entered into Infinite Campus. Participants will review timelines and responsibilities for notifying families about EL identification, program placement, and annual progress. The session will also highlight where and how to record essential EL data in Infinite Campus, including language proficiency scores, service models, and documentation needed for compliance. This webinar is designed to ensure districts begin the year with clear procedures, consistent data entry, and compliance with state and federal expectations for English Learner programs.
