In 2025, what did courts have to say about the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and what do these cases have to teach us? Experienced school attorney Elena M. Gallegos will review carefully chosen federal court cases from 2025, based on the practical lessons they have to offer, and provide forward-looking practical pointers based on these cases.
