SPED CASE LAW: Specific Learning Disability: A Deep Dive into Dyslexia Case Law

Schools must focus on developing an appropriate IEP that focuses on reasonable progress.  Students with dyslexia require close progress monitoring and a responsive team.  We will take a look at recent dyslexia related case law to address this really hot disability category.  From evaluations, to eligibility, IEP implementation to progress monitoring, we will look at what courts and states are saying about how to approach students with dyslexia.
