The Office of Special Education Programs invites SPED Directors and SPED Teachers to view this one-hour webinar recording, available beginning 8/1/2024, about identifying alternate assessment participation. The webinar provides guidance and examples on how to correctly identify which students should participate in the state alternate assessments. The state alternate assessments are available only for students whose Individual Education Plan (IEP) teams determine that a student meets all three participation criteria.
