Full course description
This in-person transition IEP workshop will be presented on August 12, 2025, from 8:30am-12:30pmCT in Platte. Four continuing education contact hours (CECHs) are available.
The workshop will provide secondary special education teachers and directors an overview on how the transition process can guide IEP development to assist the student in achieving their post-secondary goals. The workshop is presented by the Transition Services Liaison Project (TSLP) in collaboration with the DOE Office of Special Education Programs.
