Welcome!
This in-person transition IEP workshop is highly recommended for new secondary special education staff, or as a refresher for other secondary special education teachers and directors. An overview will be provided of how the transition process can guide IEP development to assist the student in achieving their post-secondary goals. Primary focus will be on Indicator 13 requirements, as well as other IDEA transition requirements.

Transition Liaison Service Project (TSLP) (www.tslp.org) is sponsoring and presenting this session. Please contact your regional Transition Liaison for questions.
Note: Participants should bring a laptop or other electronic device to workshop and printed copies of posted handouts/documents to work from. Printed copies may not be available on site.
Special Note: Session requires a minimum of 10 registrants to be held. Maximum 30 participants.
