Using Core Content Connectors in All Things Alternate

The Office of Special Education Programs invites special education and general education educators to view this one-hour webinar recording, available beginning 8/1/2024, about using the Core Content Connectors (CCCs) in all things alternate. The webinar recording will provide examples of how to use SD’s alternate academic achievement standards, the CCCs, when instructing and writing IEP goals and objectives for students with significant cognitive disabilities. Guidance will also be provided regarding alternate assessment participation, state alternate assessments, alternate grading, and alternate report cards.
