This two-hour webinar recording from the Office of Special Education Programs can be viewed on-demand for two continuing education contact hours (2 CECHs).  The webinar recording provides guidance on what the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) says about how attendance affects a Free and Appropriate Education (FAPE) for students in special education.

Topics will include child find, eligibility, (Individual Education Plan) IEP design and behavior considerations, IEP implementation issues, retaliation issues, and top ten tips regarding attendance.
