Ignite! Public Librarianship Course 2026

SDSL's Ignite! Public Librarianship Course is an engaging online professional development opportunity designed for public librarians, directors, and trustees. This year's interactive, 8-week course equips public librarians with practical, creative tools to demonstrate the impact of their libraries, amplify visibility, and advocate effectively year-round. Participants will explore five focused modules on advocacy, branding, storytelling, outreach, and partnerships, culminating in the creation of a ready-to-use Library Impact Plan.

Successful completion of the course = 16 CECHs
