Leading from the Library: A Podcast Study for School Librarians

15 points
Instructor: Scottie Bruch

Full course description

Create your own professional learning journey through the Leading from the Library podcast! Unlike a traditional book study, this course gives you the freedom to choose the podcast episodes that best align with your interests, your library, and your professional goals.

To help guide your exploration, episodes are organized into six learning lenses that highlight different aspects of school librarianship, including leadership, reading culture, collaboration, innovation, technology, and supporting every learner.

Designed to provide approximately 15 hours of professional learning, this course emphasizes curiosity, reflection, and shared learning. More important than the number of episodes you complete is the quality of your engagement with the ideas they present. By the end of the course, you'll leave with fresh perspectives, practical ideas, and a deeper appreciation for the many ways school librarians lead, inspire, and transform learning.
