South Dakota Framework for Teaching - 2013 Charlotte Danielson Observer Training

This session will provide participants with additional practice, as they continue to refine their observation skills to support a culture of adult learning and growth in schools. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of the Framework's Domains, Components, Elements, and Rubrics.

Time will be spent viewing video segments of teaching, in order to collect and align evidence to the rubrics. Ways to hold growth-focused conversations with teachers will be shared and discussed.

Participants will receive CECH Certificates for participation in the training. CECH Certificates will be issued via this Canvas Course following the in-person training.
